Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Return Policy

  • Ensure that if a return is required, you contact us for an Authorization Number (RA#).  No product can be returned without an Authorization Number (RA#).  Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Signed Sports Gear.com RA# posted on the outside of the package.
  • We must be notified of any error in shipping or any damage in delivery within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • All Returns must still be in BRAND NEW SELLABLE CONDITION. If an item is returned to us opened, played with, broken or in the case of clothing, worn with tags removed we will not accept it back.  All returned merchandise must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags, and must not have been washed, worn, used, etc. Any additional shipping costs will be incurred at the customer’s expense.  We retain the right to not accept a return for any reason. Please pack your returns with extreme care.
  • If the return was due to an error on our part (e.g. we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you. 
  • If the return is not due to an error of ours (for example- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.  To ensure that you avoid this charge, purchase the correct size/product ahead of time.
  • Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, Signed Sports Gear.com is not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed in on the checkout pages. Please ensure you have typed in the correct address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost return / exchange packages during transit. Therefore, we highly recommend that your package be insured with a delivery confirmation.
  • All Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt (postmark on the package you received) or within 15 days from date of authorization number (RA#) issue.

Back Order Policy

Signed Sports Gear.com will experience back ordered items. When a backorder occurs, Signed Sports Gear.com will notify the Customer via email notification with anticipated date of shipment.  Signed Sports Gear.com might make recommendations regarding an alternate product to the customer. Once the back order product is shipped, the Customer will receive an email notification of the shipment.

If the product is considered out of stock, without an anticipated date of being in stock, Signed Sports Gear.com will notify the Customer the order is cancelled, and/or will suggest alternative products, if available. Notification will be made by email.  Signed Sports Gear.com will make every attempt to ensure inventory is accurate and updated within Signed Sports Gear.com internal inventory system. 


Shipping Policy

Signed Sports Gear.com makes every effort to ship your item(s) using the fastest and most affordable option available as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the sale. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Please see the following:

  • Signed Sports Gear.com does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
  • Completed orders ship out daily at 3pm from any Signed Sports Gear.com facility.
  • Products shipped to an address within the state of Ohio will be charged applicable sales tax.
  • Packages cannot be re-routed while in transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please see our Damaged Goods Policy

U.S. Shipping:
For all of our customers residing within the 48 contiguous United States, Signed Sports Gear.com will provide free UPS Ground shipping on every order over $150.00 before any applicable taxes. All other orders will be shipped via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $8.99.  Email us if you need Three Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air for customers seeking expeditious delivery of their order. Customers in Alaska in Hawaii can choose between Ground, Next Day and Second Day Air.


Items will not be shipped COD for any reason. To view the shipping charges to your location, add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Next, click on the Shipping Rates button within the cart. In the new window that opens, type in your five-digit zip code and click Get Rates.


Tracking number notification will be provided on the Cash Sale receipt sent by email for all inventory items shipped from a Signed Sports Gear.com facility. Tracking numbers for inventory items are also accessible in the ‘Track Your Order” area. Tracking numbers for non-inventory items may take up to 3 business days from when the item is shipped by the vendor.

International Shipping:
Since International shipping rates are determined by a various factors including package size, weight and value, please email us first so we can ensure you the best service at the most affordable cost.

Delivery Times:
UPS transit times within the US range between 1-6 business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, an item shipped Next Day Air on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Check the UPS website for additional information.


Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive a product with visible damage, call us immediately. If the damage is discovered before delivery, refuse it immediately.  A replacement will be expedited and shipped to you as soon as possible.  If the damage was not noticed at delivery, see the Return Policy
